Slow-Cooker Carolina Pulled-Pork Sandwiches
I prefer to categorize bar-b-que as either mustard-based, ketchup-based, or vinegar and red pepper-based (which is the Lexington-style bar-b-que that I grew up on). Adding ketchup to Lexington bar-b-que is sacrilege, the only thing worse is adding sugar! Perhaps it's an acquired taste.
