"one of my family's favorite's. I have the tendency to bake the cookie crust too much, so we have to "break" the crust, but that's very minor. We have tried different flovors of ice cream--they are all good."

"I ENJOY TRYING NEW RECIPES ON MY FAMILY, AND THEY RATE THEM--MAKE AGAIN, OR DON'T MAKE AGAIN. THIS IS A DEFINITE MAKE AGAIN! THIS IS AN EASY RECIPE BUT OH SO GOOD. A LITTLE EXPENSIVE WITH THE ROASTED RED PEPPERS AND SUN DRIED TOMATOES, BUT DEFINITELY WORTH."
