"In response to LadyPear, I only use boneless, skinless, and I've used both breasts and thighs and both ways come out great. Maybe not as crispy, but they are good. I also don't fry them, I bake them in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes. I saw someone else baked them at 400 for 25 minutes. I'll try that next time since I'm always pressed for time when I get home from work. See my other review for more info."

"This is a staple in my house. I've made it following the recipe, and this time I used Kraft Garlic Ranch dressing, Progresso Garlic & Herb breadcrumbs placed them in the baking dish, and sprinkled a little garlic powder, paprika and parmesan cheese on top and baked it. It's very flavorful and even though there are a lot of garlic ingredients, the garlic is NOT overpowering. Both ways are delish!"

"I followed the recipe exactly and it was de-lish! The pork chops were so tender and very flavorful. My sauce was not watery at all. We ate it with orzo and it complemented the pork chops well. This one's a keeper and so easy to prep."
