Bread Machine Sour Cream and Vanilla Bread Ignore the descriptions for this bread (not sure where they got pound cake). This makes a fabulous classic white sandwich bread. It was moist, light and delicious! Great with butter and jam. I did not find this recipe to be heavy at all nor did I think the vanilla or sour cream detracted from the taste (if anything they are hardly noticed), instead they add moisture to this bread.
