"This recipe seemed a little 'plain' to me, so I substituted: - Melted Butter for the oil (I'm a Paula Deen fan!) - Brown Sugar and white sugar - Extra Pumpkin - Extra Spices (Nutmag, Cinnamon, etc.) I also sprinkled extra Cranberries and Nuts on top. They were delicious. "

"This is a delicious dressing. My Grandma who came over to Texas in a covered wagon used to make it with a few added touches: 1. Chopped hard-boiled egg 2. Chopped cooked giblets 3. A little milk / chicken broth to moisten 4. A few dashes of red papper! Our family loves it..."
