Best Green Bean Casserole
This recipe came in the nick of time ! I have always used the one offered by a soup company ... :o), but was not happy w/its "soupiness". This recipe corrects that problem. The Progresso soup is a creamier base. The elimination of milk and the increase of beans make it more stand alone instead of absorbing the topping to firm up. And the bread crumbs cut the fat and still add the crunch ! Arrived in time for my "carry dish" to the potluck. Thanks, Betty !

Caramel-Drizzled Pumpkin Poke Cake
You may think this is everlastingly too sweet ... I did ! But it looks so cool and tastes so fine that just a simple tweak made it better. Using the cream cheese frosting as more of a glaze than the picture shows, will cut the "too sweet" somewhat. Of course, you could make your own glaze or even dust w/powdered sugar and still have a place for the pecans to rest.
