"This is a great change from the salsa dips. Everyone said it was a "keeper" and "refreshing" and I will surely make it again. I also used the pita chips and doubled the recipe. Every last bit was gone."

"I have had two of my granddaughters ( 10 & 12) over to learn how to make these cookies and they were so proud of themselves and now have been making them themselves. The recipe I had did not call for sugar in the batter, but were still delicious. I used the Heart Smart Bisquick and both creamy and chunky peanut butter. We topped off each cookie with a honey-roasted peanut."
