A lettuce salad - all I can remember is that the lettuce, tomatoes were mixed with a creamy sauce - mayonaise and milk?

in an omlette with mushrooms, cheese, bacon and hash browns smothered in cheese

Devils Food Cake and vanilla butter cream icing
