Ham and Swiss Brunch Bake
We made this for a breakfast when our friends came for the weekend. It was easy to make and we all loved it! It was good to eat left over too! I would add the Dijon mustard to both sides of the bread if making just for adults, but not too much, as it would over power the casserole.
We will be making it again. Very easy to make and the ingredients easy to find or have on hand.
