"I thought these were going to be great based on the reviews, although I should have read the reviews before I started mixing everything up, which was extremely difficult. It was so dry because of the 3 cups Bisquick, and after I did read the reviews I did get out some Italian sausage to add. Getting my husband to help me, we finally got them all rolled out and I put them on jellyroll pans, as the recipe said. Also baked them for 25 minutes at 375 and took them out to find the bottoms of every ball was black and crisp. How embarrassing when I took them to our New Year's Eve party and had to apologize for burning them. If and when I do make them again I will use a glass baking dish and set temp on 325 and hopefully they won't burn! NOTE: I cut off the black on all the leftovers and reheated in microwave. Warm, they were great but let them get cold again and they were like rocks."

"I tried these to take to our St. Patrick''s Party last night and they turned out awful-I was embarrassed because everyone always raves about my baking. The crumbs did not hold together and the cream cheese wouldn''t cut evenly - most of it came off on the knife, even though I tried dipping in water before slicing. It didn''t even taste like my previous key lime goodies!"
