"I have made this similar recipe for impossible pumpkin pie, and double the recipe and put in a 9"x13" pan. I like to use fat free half and half for the milk and I have used reduced fat Bisquick mix, it is ALL GOOD, yum. Yes it will sink down in the middle, I don't know why, I have made this over a dozen times."

I have made this similar recipe for impossible pumpkin pie, and double the recipe and put in a 9"x13" pan.
