"I did not follow the recipe exactly only because I was trying to remember it from several days ago...I did flat instead of rolled because it was faster. I used the black beans and a mild thick and chunky salsa and and medium enchilada sauce and easy cheese since we are trying to monitor calories. My husband and I both loved it and I will definitely make it again...hopefully next time I can follow the recipe exactly...I know the missed ingredients will only make it better!"

"this has potential. I did end us using whole wheat spiral pasta but the same size bag. I also added extra Parmesan (1-2 tbl more) and topped with mozzarella. The dish was bland. I would recommend a spicy marinara and more of it if you like spicy food. If not, definitely add more of your favorite sauce. I had some extra sauce in the fridge and heated it up and topped our servings with it, and it helped a lot."

"Chicken tasted bland by itself. Healthy. Dish very easy to make, except for taking skin off legs! Sauce tasted good. Tasted good mixed in with brown rice cooked in chicken broth. Couldn't find the couscous, so I worked with what I had. Did not use olives or parsley to garnish...just a personal preference."

"the pork chops we had were a lot thinner, but they turned out tender. The onions were not cooked enough, so I would probably cut them smaller. I did 6 chops instead of 4, so I had to do the meat in stages, and I increased the potatoes and added a little more chicken broth for fear some of the food would dry out before the 30 minutes was done. Everyone seemed to like it."

"I added to the original recipe an orange bell pepper and doubled the green beans and used creamy balsamic because that is what I had. I also added more tomato. I just wanted to beef up the veggies. The chicken was fine, but I had cut up chicken breasts and they may have cooked too long for their size, so I would probably leave them whole next time. Tasted great!"

I really liked this, my husband liked it enough. My 4 year old did not eat most of it. My father-inlaw did not like the tortilla. I would make this again but it would be based on who would be eating it...

use 6 inch mission (ex) corn tortillas and use 1 1/2 cups cheese and you will cut off 171 calories per serving. Sounds yummy to me so I will try it.
