Slow-Cooker Make-Ahead Sausage and Mushroom Scrambled Eggs
This recipe worked GREAT for our brunch get together for our family when it would have to sit for an hour or two. The crockpot kept it warm while the activities were going on. It was a HIT. Some people had several helpings. I even put out warmed floured tortillas and some salsa and sour cream if someone wanted to make a 'burrito' with it and many did. I will definitely make again. It was DELICIOUS and held up well in a crockpot when I could not serve it immediately.
