Slow-Cooker Ham and Wild Rice Soup
I haven't made this yet, but it sounds like something my family would like. I 'mnot sure I would use frozen mixed vegetables,though. I might choose a more sophisticated blend. Also, I would lightly brown the ham to give it more flavor before putting it in the pot.
