"This is the best banana bread. I freeze over-ripe bananas. The thawed bananas are excellent to use in this recipe. I use pecans. I have goofed and put in 1 1/2 c flour, and it turned out to be an excellent cake. This recipe never fails, and it takes very little time."

"Excellent recipe!!! I have made this recipe for the past two years at Thanksgiving, and it is a big hit. I have shared this recipe with many of my friends. In fact, they ask if I am making it, and if not they will. It is so rich, I cut them in much smaller pieces. I don't even make pumpkin pie anymore."

"Took this to a potluck and it evaporated. The flavor was wonderful, but was a little dry. I took a bowl of melted cheese for those who wanted it to be more gooey. Will definetly make it again."
