Gluten Free Fruit Swirl Coffee Cake This was a wonderful treat for our family. I ran out of vanilla so I used lemon extract instead and then used blueberry pie filling and it was FABULOUS! I also added a drip of lemon extract to the glaze. I had to cook it five minutes longer and I could have left it in for an additional two or three minutes without any adverse effect. We will definitely be making this again.
