"I make this using chunks of chicken or pork. I add onion chopped in large chunks and a little salt, pepper and minced garlic. For the vegetable, I add whatever I have such as green bell pepper, frozen broccoli and/or baby carrots. It's a great quick dinner you can stir fry up very fast."

"I serve this often for my husband and I at home but to those of you that take it to a church pot luck dinner, I have a question. Do you mix the rice into the meat mixture before taking it or do you have two seperate dishes? I would love to take this to our church socials but am not sure how to serve it."
