Gluten Free Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies I made this recipe today, very disappointed in it.the cookies came out more like a cake substance rather than a cookie, but most of all they did not have any pumpkin taste- , I think that they needed to be made with the same ingredients(spice) as a pumpkin pie. i was expecting them to taste like pumpkin muffins or pumpkin pie, they did not have any taste at all If I make it this recipe again i will omit the egg and add the same spice as in making a pie..
