Gluten Free Impossibly Easy Breakfast Bake We have been pleased with GF Bisquick Impossible Cheeseburger Pie, so I thought I would try this recipe. I'm not sure if it was the addition of the potatoes or the 6 eggs, but this was not as good. It was fluffy like a cake and the potatoes were soggy. I've made this before using the Impossible Cheeseburger Pie formula, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup Bisquick, and 2 eggs. We prefer that method.
