Slow-Cooker Mediterranean Braised Chicken
I pulled some chicken thighs out of the freezer. By the time they thawed I did not have time to make it in the slow cooker so I just cooked it on the stove top at med-low for 45 minutes and then another 15 minutes after adding the olives and artichokes. Served it over pasta and my husband loved it. I will definatly make it again!
