Guess I was the only one with a problem. The dough was very moist, I only got 32 cookies, and they spread out in the oven to a regular cookie shape with a bump in the middle from the kiss, which melted. Will not be a repeat at my house. Good flavor, but terrible to look at.

Fudgy Peanut Butter Bites
Sorry to say this Betty, but these were a bust! Ladies & Gents, don't waste your time on these. Cutting the dough slice into 4 pieces was very difficult, and didn't really make for a big enough cup. After I took the shells out of the pan and they cooled, I tasted one and the whole batch went into the garbage. Just not worth the effort. I wasn't going to waste a can of sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips on this. VERY disappointing. Much better choice would be to make Peanut Butter Blossom cookies with a Hershey's kiss in the center.

Apple Cinnamon Fritters
Delicious! I've made fritters that were a lot more work with a lot less taste! I added one thing - two shakes from the jar of nutmeg. I would also say chop the apple VERY fine. These are a definite keeper. Hubby loved them, and he's not fond of fritters!

Triple-Chocolate Cherry Bars
Disappointing! Very bland flavor, needed more cherries. Wouldn't make this one again. The frosting was too greasy and did not have the rich chocolate flavor I was expecting. It was, however, extremely easy to make, but that isn't a deciding factor - it also has to taste good.

Elegant Almond Bars
Wonderful recipe. However, 2 ounces of chocolate does not make enough for even a glaze, so I used 6 ounces and almost 3 Tbsp. of shortening. Everyone loved them.

Grilled Peach- and Mustard-Glazed Pork Tenderloin
Made the marinade exactly as directed. I marinated this for about 26 hours in the refrigerator in a ziplock bag (planned on making it for dinner Saturday and something came up so saved it for Sunday). It was too hot to be outside, so I put the meat and marinade in a covered saute pan and simmered it for about 30 minutes (until instant read thermometer read 160), then uncovered to thicken the marinade a bit. Marinade was rather sweet, so I added a dash of cayenne pepper while in the thickening process. It was outstanding! I don't think I'd bother lighting the grill for this, and it will be a repeat performance.

Strawberry Daiquiri Cake
Is it just me, or does the picture have pieces of strawberry on the bottom of the cake? Doesn't even look appetizing.

I find it much easier to use a huge tortilla, put the filling on one half and fold the other half over - much easier to turn as the filling doesn't fall out if you turn toward the folded end.

Frosted Irish Cream Brownies
Don't change a thing, absolutely fantastic adult dessert. One tip, line pan with foil and grease the bottom of the foil. After frosting and glazing you can lift out the foil to slice (make them small, they're very rich).
