"really enjoyed this recipe. It is so easy and I usually have everything in my pantry for this. My husband is a meat eater, so I changed it a bit from "minstrone" to add ground turkey to it. I also add Italian seasoning to it and I know this sounds funny, but a can of V8 because I like it a little soupier. :-)"

"Let's just say there wasn't one brownie left for my midnight snack! These are amazingly sinful and just wonderful beyond belief. I had to use chunky peanut butter because I didn't have creamy in the house and it worked just fine. I actually liked the little peanut bits in the brownies. It just gave it another dimension. All my guest went nuts for them!"

"Wow! Wow! Wow! This was so good! I made it for a girl's night and everyone was raving. It was amazing. I did two things different - I added fresh cracked pepper to it and used reduced fat mayo. I used mozzerella cheese instead of monterey jack as that is what I had on hand. I cannot even explain how yummy this was. I want to make more already!"

"This was a great quick recipe. My whole family loved it. I used chicken instead and fresh vegies (except corn) because I didn't have frozen. I also baked the tortilla strips instead of frying them, which saved time because they were in the oven while I was doing the rest of the stuff. Definitely would make again."
