Layered Caramel Candy Bar Cheesecake
Fabulous cake! I made it for a ladies dinner and got rave reviews! I'd like to share two lessons learned. First, definitely use the parchment paper on the cheesecake pans. I thought I could just butter the pans extra well, but the candy pieces melt making the bottoms really sticky. Second, if you ice the cake really thin, you can get away with only one box of icing. I thought using 1 1/2 boxes would be too sweet. So yummy!!
