This recipe needed some modification. When working with unpeeled baking potatoes they take way more than ten minutes to become soft. As I found out by trying this recipe. The whole recipe time takes about an hour. From start to finsih. First modification only put in the russet potatoes and cook for 15 minutes on 500. Second modification then add the sweet potato and onion and cool 15 minutes on 500. Then add the peppers and cook on 500 until done. You will also need to add oil to the pan because the salad dressing gets absorbed into the potatoes. The taste was wonderful. I omitted the red pepper because my kids would not eat it. But it has a wondrful flavor.
