Apple Crisp Refrigerator Oatmeal
For health reasons I always buy plain yogurt and add healthy flavorings. I make this with plain or vanilla Greek yogurt ( for higher protein), chopped fresh or dried apple, walnuts and cinnamon, then if needed, a tiny sprinkle of Splenda to taste. Chia seeds definitely make it healthier and more filling. Suggest it not be stored in a shallow bowl as ingredients don't soften as well as in a taller jar or mug. Sometimes I microwave to just enough to warm through.
