"I have changed this recipe 2 ways: First - I used angel food cupcakes for an especially light version. I also have baked a cake in 13X9 pan, cut cooled cake into cubes and used filling in layers with cake for a trifle. Very pretty. This recipe is versatile and delicious any way."

"We were surprised at the lack of flavor for these chicken burgers with many flavorful ingredients. I coooked on a piece of foil since the burgers were wo "wet" prior to cooking."
