Gluten-Free Sausage Cheese Balls
Definitely a recipe that needs a little tweaking, but it was pretty good overall. When I made the recipe I quadrupled it and froze half of the sausage balls too cook later. Next time will use more sausage and less Bisquick and change the spices a little. Overall, I was just happy to have a GF snack and not have to be jealous of my roommate whose Grandma sends here sausage balls on a regular basis.

Gluten-Free Turtle Brownies
3 words: TO DIE FOR!!!
I used the caramel pieces that aren't in wrappers and half and half instead of whipping cream. My father, who is not GF, is begging me to make this recipe again!

Gluten-Free Carrot Cake
I made this cake for my mom for her birthday (she isn't gf, but I am, and I was the one doing the cooking.) This cake was very good, especially the first day that it was baked, after it was in the fridge for a day though a typical GF crumbly texture appeared. I think next time I make this cake I will add some extra applesauce, that seems to be the fix to this problem 50% of the time.

Gluten-Free Banana Cupcakes with Browned Butter Frosting
These "cupcakes", more like muffins, were AMAZING. I made mine with an additional half cup of applesauce, because GF bake-goods tend to need something to moisten them up, and then I added a cup of pecans and completely forgot the icing. They make the perfect muffins, and my college roommate, who I force to eat my GF cooking all week, thinks they are great also.
