Gluten Free Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake
"This coffee cake came out beautifully. I think next time I will add walnuts to the topping. I did follow one reviewers suggestion and added 1/4 cup of sour cream which did help make it more moist and I think gave it a nice taste. The taste is wonderful."

Gluten Free Strawberry Shortcakes
"Made these yesterday for dessert and they were very good. I baked them a full 12 minutes and they did not get "golden brown" but the color did not bother me. We sliced them in half (with gf it was necessary to take two long slices rather than the short back and forth cuts because it can fall apart). Next time I may sprinkle a litte sugar on top before baking. For GF it was good and everyone enjoyed the shortcake dessert. "

Gluten Free Carrot Cake
"My daughter has Celiac Disease and I am always looking for a special dessert that really tastes good AND I FOUND IT!! This is the BEST CAKE EVER. I followed the suggestion of one of the reviewers and added 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesause to the mix. The cake was so easy to make and so delicious. I made this for Easter and EVERYONE LOVE IT! I made it in the 9 inch square pan and it only took 25 minutes to bake. This is a keeper. "

Gluten Free Cheese Garlic Biscuits
"I was so happy to find GF Bisquick and so happy it wasn't as expensive as I had feared. Found it at Publix for $4.19 a box (2 1/2 cups). The bisquick is not like the regular in texture so it took some work to get the mix into the crumbly texture it called for. A pastry cutter helped but I'm sure a fork works well too. I made the biscuits large and still it made more than the recipe said which was wonderful. The garlic was just right - not over powering. I topped some with the garlic/butter and the others I did not because I wanted to freeze them. THEY FREEZE BEAUTIFULLY. Anytime you have a gluten free bread item I think it's best to freeze leftovers and take them out as needed. They thaw nicely or you can defrost in the microwave. Thaw and warm - easy enough. They were very tasty for a gluten free item. My daughter has Celiac Disease and thanks Betty Crocker for their support."
