"I agree the sugar-cinnamon needs to be adjusted. The first batch came out dark and a little unappealing. I will increase the sugar and try again. Also I think I cooked them a bit too long, so that will also be adjusted. :)"

"I made this last night for dinner and will definately make it again. I added a can of black beans to it for some texture and fiber, what a great addition. I also served corn as a side dish. Everyone liked it. My 3 year old wasn't too sure about the beans, but once she tasted it, she gobbled up all that I had given her, which of course wasn't a whole lot. Next time maybe I'll add the corn right to it, but I will always add the black beans, I think that made the dish."

"This was by far the best banana bread I ever made. Everyone asked for more before they had finished the first one. My 13 year old daughter loves it for breakfast and a snack after school. My only problem was that it did not seem to make 2 loaves so I had one loaf and 12 muffins, this time I will either make all muffins or use a cake pan, like a bundt cake. Thanks Betty!"

"This was so easy and so good! I used plain corn instead of the mexicorn, but added extra taco sauce for flavor, served it with flour tortillas. I was a hit with my husband! I will make this again for sure!"

I just made these cookies and they did not come out right. They were cake like and very bland tasting. No one liked them, I didn't even finish making the batch. I was disappointed in this recipe, however, I will prevail with something else I'm sure.
