Chocolate Chip Biscotti
I just made these and yes the dough was kind of dry, but I used my hands to mix and form rectangles, which came out to be about 3 x 9" . Had to bake them the full amount of time. Very tender when hot and have to be turned, but stuck those that broke together and they came out just fine. Loved them and shared recipe with others.

I just made these. I needed more for a potluck, so I increased the ingredients by 1/2 and used a 9x13 pan. It worked out perfectly. Also, melted the butter and found it mixed in with the amount of dry ingredients better. For those who don't like the "seeds", you can melt the preserves and strain it. Let it cool to thicken again. Make sure you have at least an 18 oz jar so you have enough. Will make it again. Love it. (next time I will add some mini choc chips)
