Impossibly Easy Bacon Pie
"I have found that in the past I control the browning by covering the pie with foil to stop it from going too far on the top. Otherwise turn down the temperature on your oven. They don't all perform the same. That being said, I found this to be very good with chedder cheese and bacon or sausage. I don't understand the need for swiss cheese. Not ever my first choice for cheese unless I'm making ham sandwichs, and that's only occasionally when I do that. To each, their own taste I guess."

Speedy Lasagna Supper
"I thought this was really good. No noodles to boil and drain. I added sauted a BUNCH of garlic (that's how I roll), green pepper, mushrooms, beef and italian sausage, extra italian seasoning, & a lot more onion. I thought the cottage cheese was a good choice, seeing that I use cottage cheese in my regular lasagna anyway (just never liked ricotta to begin with) and added real parmesean regiano and grated it myself, but I doubled the amount. Half in with the bottom and half on top with the extra cheese. I don't see what everyone was compaining about. Mine was NOT bland, it was NOT mushy, it was NOT gross. Some people I've seen just can't cook and won't try. If I make something and it doesn't turn out the way I thought it should have turned out, I try to think of something that I messed up. Nine times out of ten, that's exactly what happened. My cat (fuzzybutt) even liked it, it was great."
