"These cookies are very tasty! Nobody would know they are gluten free. They taste like a traditional holiday sugar cookie. Would also be good if they were frosted! They are a light and delicate cookie. To combat broken cookies I would take them out of the oven at 9 or 10 minutes and let them cool on the pan, they will continue to cook on the pan. This way you aren't trying to move hot cookies to a cooling rack and crumbling all of the cookies (and then eating all the broken ones!)"
