"Yum! A little more involved than a bowl of cereal and fruit for breakfast =) but we really enjoyed this! Worth the "work"! I used a combo of monterrey jack and pepper jack cheese, as it is what I had on hand. Other than that, we followed the recipe and had a great Mexican-style breakfast! Very flavorful, not too spicy. Yum!"

"Good recipe - easy to make with ingredients you have on hand! I used a jarred pizza sauce(Trader Joes brand) and added crushed red pepper flakes...I'm glad I did because it enhanced the overall flavor. As others mentioned, sauce gets watery. Still tastes good but isn't as thick as the picture would have you think. I highly recommend browning before putting in crockpot. Overall, fun new pork recipe."

"Easy and tasty! I didn't like the way the top looked after baking--wasn't as pretty as I wanted. So I frosted the brownies so the top was very smooth...then scored the frosting into squares, and finished it off by placing a candy corn on each square. I didn't cut through because they tend to tear and i wanted them to be pretty...plus then people could cut the size they wanted. A fun halloween hit - that's easy to make."
