"I am always seeking a slow cooker recipe that is easy and not complicated. So..yes.. I have tried many beef stew recipes and by far this one is the best one yet! The only thing I did different was add more meat and used regular white mushrooms instead of shitake. I was impressed."

I am always seeking a slow cooker recipe that is easy and not complicated. So..yes.. I have tried many beef stew recipes and by far this one is the best one yet! The only thing I did different was add more meat and used regular white mushrooms instead of shitake. I was impressed.
