Raspberry Baked Brie
I made this as an appetizer for a romantic dinner.
I used Pillsbury's Seamless Dough Sheet which I cut in half to get two squares. I used a raspberry preserve with seeds and topped it off with pecans (I actually liked the crunchiness from the seeds and the pecans). I didn't use any fresh raspberries as I didn't have any. It was delicious with red wine (we drank cabernet sauvignon) and it is going to be part of the Thanksgiving menu!
