Slow Cooker Chunky Chicken Chili My family love this recipe. They like spicy flavor and dislike the tomatoes making this recipe sweet, so I made some changes. I use a little seasoning from the chili seasoning bag, add some regular chili powder, cumin, salt & pepper. I cooked for the 7 hrs, add the hominy and cilantro inside the pot, not as a garnish, adjust seasoning after a few minutes and was perfect!!!
