Asian Chicken Tenders with Zesty Lemon Sauce
"I made these during Memorial Day weekend. They were great. I decided to adapt for the grill, so I placed them on foil & brushed them with sesame oil and placed fresh pineapple in between the chicken on skewers. I also used Orange Blossom honey instead of clover honey for a more Asian flavor. They were awesome. To accompany, I served mandarin oranges and couscous. Excellent dinner on the porch on a warm summer evening!"

"My husband and I don''t eat a lot of red meat, so I used ground turkey. I just made this for Christmas Eve today. By tradition, my family has lasagne with the Christmas or Christmas Eve dinner. It was super! Even those who refrain from red meat can love this recipe!"

Great, light dish for a late dinner. I made it on the stovetop with a little olive oil sprayed in the pan, instead of grilling. Went wonderfully with french cut green beans.

Cherry Chocolate Chipper Cake
Rating:
This was a quick, little cake that made this Sunday afternoon special. Perfect for taking to a friend''s house with tea. I used canned strawberry filling, but I bet it would tase just as excellent with a little dallop of sour cream on top, if fruit is not available. Yummy!

No-Bake Triple-Berry Pie
Rating:
Could a fruit pie get any better-tasting or easier? I''ve made this pie several times to the delight of friends & guests. I find it fun to try varying flavors of gelatin and berry combinations. Orange gelatin with black & red raspberries has been a huge hit! Great recipe to experiment with. Every time you try a new flavor combination, you''re friends think it is a whole different pie!

Cranberry Barbecued Ribs
Rating:
Fantastic, original flavor! I grilled these outdoors and found the smoky flavor of outdoor grilling only added to the experience. You must try this recipe to impress friends at your next barbeque.
