It was a little bland so I added parsley, oregano, and garlic powder. It was messy to scoop up, that wasn't a surprise. Overall, it was o.k and I'll probably make it again.

Slow-Cooker Garlic and Mushroom Beef Roast
This was surprisingly good, especially as leftovers for beef roast sandwiches! My picky fiance didn't like the idea of sun-dried tomatoes but he and his family have been scarfing it down! Definitely did not slice like the picture, it was so moist that it fell apart and shredded. We didn't mind that one bit.
I added onions and carrots, which turned out just fine.

Slow-Cooker Cheesy Italian Tortellini
This was incredible. My fiance who swears he "hates" sausage of all kinds devoured this and was sad when I finished it off. The Italian sausage slow cooked all day in the sauce infused the flavors perfectly. It only took 10-15 min to cook the Tortellini after putting it in the slow cooker frozen. SUPER easy and yummy.
