"DAG54 - usally the ratio of meat for meatballs is half and half, and usually meatballs have pork and beef, and sometimes veal. I think they forgot to write it down on the ingrediants, they need to review before submitting. And just looking at it, i would assume its 1 lb. beef and 1 lb. pork, not 2 lb. beef and 2 lb. pork."

"I've made this soup a few times already, we love it! I make this when I happen to have left over ham from the holidays, this time I'm going to try thickening the soup, because it is a bit watery."

"I made this for dinner last night, and both my sons loved it!! One of them is a picky eater when it comes to baked or rotissary type chicken, I got plenty of compliments from both. I thought it did need salt so I added a bit and also cracked pepper, then I made the drippings into gravy. It was very moist and tender, I will be making it again."
