"I've made this soup a few times already, we love it! I make this when I happen to have left over ham from the holidays, this time I'm going to try thickening the soup, because it is a bit watery."

"I made this for dinner last night, and both my sons loved it!! One of them is a picky eater when it comes to baked or rotissary type chicken, I got plenty of compliments from both. I thought it did need salt so I added a bit and also cracked pepper, then I made the drippings into gravy. It was very moist and tender, I will be making it again."
