I call these $1500 bars, and here's why: My step dad is a computer guy here in Silicon Valley and charges a ton of money for his services. These bars are so good that he requests them as payment from me whenever he has to work on my computer!
I make them exactly according to the recipe and they're SO much faster and easier than real baklava and they taste even BETTER, if you ask me.
