"This was taking a bit longer to cook in the over than expected, so I took the cover off. The top 1/2 of the noodles were over-cooked, dry and crunchy. Be sure to keep these covered! But overall, still a good dish. The presentation was lovely and the non-crunchy pieces were great!"

"These were a big hit, but very time consuming. Frosting them was tough. Also, I didn''t follow the "cutting directions". I just cut 1/4 of the cupcake (vertically), turned the cut part upside down and attached it by frosting to the rest of the cupcake. It looked like the picture. Also, I didn''t use the gummy stuff for the bow, I used string licorice"

"These were good, but a bit heavy/Bisquick-y. It took some time to mix everything together, the combination of the sausage/cheese/bisquick didn''t stick well. I had to work at it with my hands for a long time. I served the Sausage Balls with Thai spicy sauce which was a big hit. Overall, I''d make these again but maybe experiment a bit with the amount of Bisquick or maybe try flour."

"I loved this recipe! Personally, I prefer beans over the hominy - they''re a bit bland. I used spicy kidney beans. Also, I used chicken breast and it was great. The cilantro is a must!"
