I am single science teacher that loves to cook. As in the lab, I love to experiment with different possibilities in food and recipes. I work well with the stove, oven, and love the BQ pit. I love life and Food!!!

I would say Italian, for its lassagna!!!

What is your favorite recipe to make:
My homemade grilled burgers about 2 lbs. each.

Which kitchen appliance can’t you live without:
The fridge, because where there is a will there is a way, and all replaced.

If you could invite 3 people to a dinner party – living or dead – who would you pick:
My grandfather (r.i.p.), Elvis, and Wyatt Earp.

What is your favorite meal from your childhood:
Sunny side up eggs made by my great grandma, God rest her soul.

How do you like your eggs:
Cooked! I love egg: boiled , sunny side, scrambled, name it.....

What is your favorite red-colored food or dessert:
Srawberry shortcake if it fits within the categories.
