"This meal was tasty! Instead of stuffing the beef with Gorgonzola try a large curd cottage cheese and asparagus or zucchini mixture, I like to smoke the beef to, it's pretty easy. Just get yourself a few peices of wood, whatever you can find I used a peice of 1/4 plywood shoved in a grill and just smoked the beef for about 4 hours. After that mashed up some jalepenos and the asparagus, and stuffed the beef. After that get yourself one of those cooking strings wrap the beef but stuff with large curd cottage cheese about one tablespoon per cut slow cook in oven at 225* for 4 hours. As for the wine sauce mix in a cup rosemary, kosher salt, vegetable oil, worshishsicer sauce, and a little mustard ( I like spicy mustard) mix it all up and cook it in a sauce pan till smoking and pot on beef while still a peak temp and there you have it, I pair the beef with biscuits filled with goat cheese so tasty "

"Awesome awesome awesome! I smoked a flank steak with some old 2x4's I had before throwing on the grill, gave em a real hardwood smoky flavor. Followed the recipe to the T, except instead of balsamic vinegar I used apple cider vinegar, gave the steak kind of a salty vinegar taste. Instead of reducing the vinegar like the guy below, I get mine in a spray bottle and l literally soak the beef in it, really helps in grilling the vinegar does wonders with the heat. Spray bottle idea is just for convince, I wouldn't waste the time to reduce the sauce, it comes out to sweet, go with the spray bottle and apple cider vinegar, remember dark meat dark vinegar, or sauce so to speak, white meat white vinegar."

"Pretty good recipe! I tried this in my new crock pot I got for Xmas, surprised at how good the sauce came out. Very creamy thicker than I though it would come out, the only thing I add to this recipe on occasion (when the grand kids aren't eating it, they don't like it spicy) I throw a handful and a half of crushed habanero pepper in there. For a thicker sauce to, I add large curd cottage cheese about half way through cook time, thickens the mixture up a bit. If you wanna get it real tasty mix in some squirrel gravy makes the beef really slow cook because of its consistency. Great recipe! Happy cooking folks. "
