Turkey, Bacon and Guacamole Wraps
"I loved this recipe and will definitely make it again! The prep time of 15 minutes is a little misleading because it assumes the avocado is already pitted and mashed and that your bacon is already cooked and crumbled. I used turkey bacon and tomato instead of the red peppers. I also sprinkled a little shredded cheddar cheese on top. It was delicious! The guacamole would be a great dip with just the taco sauce and garlic salt. "

Healthified Classic Potato Salad
"Although it takes a while to make (it took me exactly an hour and a half), my husband and I LOVED this recipe! You would never know that it's made with low fat mayo and fat free sour cream. It's delicious! I strongly dislike onions so I rarely get to eat potato salad. By making it myself, I left the onions out and the celery gives it that crunch it needs. Delicious. I highly recommend this recipe! "

Penne with Vegetables in Tomato-Basil Sauce
"I LOVE this recipe and make it all of the time. It's so fast and easy! I'm not 100% sold on the carrots but the zuchini is great in it. Such an easy way to make sauce that tastes homemade. "

Dijon-Parmesan Chicken Breasts
"We love this recipe! I've only made it twice and use ranch dressing instead of the dijon (because I didn't have any and don't really like mustard). I also cut the chicken up into little bite-size pieces. My recipe (in my Betty Crocker 20 minute meals) calls for bread crumbs not cereal. I used Italian bread crumbs which I think adds a lot! It needs a really good pasta side dish which I'm still trying to find..."

Stove-Top Lasagna
"I have been making this recipe for a few years now and it's a household favorite! I use ground beef and omit the mushrooms. I think using a spicy sauce with a kick adds a lot to this recipe! I've used many different sauces and it can make or break the meal. "

Caesar Chicken with Orzo
Rating:
I definitely agree with everyone about the chicken being very bland. I really liked the pasta and vegetables though. I am definitely going to try the recipe again and either marinate the chicken and/or use bread crumbs with chicken and cook it separately. It's easy and has the potential to be pretty good!
