"BEST at-home Chicken Parm I have ever had and SO easy, my hubby can make it. :-) (and did) Chicken is so tender it falls apart when you poke it with a fork. AMAZING recipe. I served mine over spaghetti noodles and instead of plain bread crumbs, used italian ones...and topped with cheddar, mozzarella and 3 blend parm cheese. So good. "
