To the reviewer who got the calorie count down to 98 a slice, thank you so much for your suggestions. I am looking for healthier alternatives for desserts. I'm so glad to have read your review. Now, I'm going to try it!

Not bad at all. To all, garbanzos ARE the same as chick peas, and tahin is essentially ground up sesame seeds. So the basic ingredients are pretty much the same. However, I like using tahin because it gives the recipe a much smoother texture. And, I'm used to much spicier dishes so I always add more garlic. It's fun to experiment with different spices. I wonder if the texture would be different if the sesame seeds were ground first before adding them to the rest of the ingredients?
