"Berry Good" French Toast Bake
This was pretty good, and really easy! I used 8 oz of cream cheese, softened and mixed with a little vanilla and some scoops of powdered sugar. I also used nearly twice as many berries. It turned out well, but I will probably bake it a little longer next time. I used a 9x13 dish and it was still slightly soggy in the middle even though it was golden brown on top. Overall good recipe though. I will be making it again.
