"This meal was a quick and easy dinner in a pinch. I made a few adjustments which I really enjoyed. First, I used turkey instead of beef. I followed the directions exactly, but before adding the pasta to the mixture, I threw in some diced fire-roasted tomatoes. That gave it a little extra kick which was REALLY good! I also threw in some black olives. This dinner was a HUGE success!"

"The original recipe is good, but I decided to make it my own. I substituted ground beef for sausage, used mozzarella instead of cheddar, added green and red bell peppers, kept the onion, and used gluten free Bisquick mix with the eggs and milk. It was really good! Best of all, I didn't have to go to the store because I used ingredients I already had! It was quick, easy, and tasty!"
