"I love the simplicity of this dish. Lots of great flavors with the cayenne pepper, Dijon mustard, and fired roasted tomatoes. I can't wait to make this one. Also, I have a quick prep skillet version that I used to make. Country Pasta- Pre-heat a skillet over medium heat. Add pre-cooked egg noodles (one packet of dry noodles) to skillet. Add one can of Sloppy Joe sauce to noodles, stirring lightly. Slice 8 ounces of Sharp Cheddar cheese. Add cheese to noodle mixture. Stir ingredients together to blend in the cheese thoroughly. Cover skillet with lid. Reduce heat to low. Allow the Country Pasta to simmer until cheese has melted. About 15 minutes. For added flavor, saute a sliced yellow onion, mushroom slices (one package), & green pepper slices (one large pepper) in a pre-heated skillet and one tablespoon of cooking oil. Then, add the Country Pasta ingredients as listed in this recipe. "

"I should have know Betty Crocker whole potatoes was next on the venue. While at the grocers last week, I bought two 3 lb bags of potatoes. I'm a potatoes fan. They are a great source of Potassium and Vitamin C. Some of the things I like to do with potatoes are: Baked potato salad with fresh ground peppercorns, Swiss cheese chunks, sun dried tomatoes, shrimp, olive oil, and organic Italian spices. Baked potatoes in water seasoned with tomato bouillon, organic Italian spices, and tomato base. Once potatoes reach about 1/4 to 1/2 doneness, I break them apart with a fork. Then my potatoes bake all the way through and absorb those great spices. To complete my potato dish, I drizzle in the olive oil and crumble in the queso. This is the perfect with stews, or as a side dish with any comfort food main course. As a breakfast course, I leave out the tomato base and queso."
