I thought this was great. I needed something fast and easy for a Christmas Party I was attending. This was perfect. Just threw ingredients in the crock pot and DONE. It reminded me a lot of a classic 7 layer mexican dip, but warm. My husband loved the chipotle smoke flavor. It was a hit at the party and defiantly would make again.
